Super Tuesday - 2008 (referencing primary elections today)
We survived Ground Hog Day 2008 ! ( I always enjoy thinking of the Movie "Ground Hog Day").
Now to survive the primary elections today. I am reminded (whose quote I've Forgotten) of the saying about ' it won't be as good as they say it will be if they are elected, and it probably won't be as bad as their opponents say it will be if they get in. We can only hope !
If you are eligible to vote -- do so ! ! ! or DO NOT gripe or or or in the future.
There is still time to register for the FALL 2008 elections.

Between Holidays - Which ever ones you celebrate !
Greetings to All from North Texas - it is winter by the calendar & in several parts of the country, we are going from freezing at night, to very windy & dry == high fire danger == downed power lines will start the grass and brush fires; & then it is tough to get them OUT.

Holidays - Help insure they are Happy -- Be SAFE !
Accidents can mar the Holidays: Drive Safely, put up decorations carefully, do NOT leave Candles unattended, etc., etc.; our emergency personnel - paid and volunteer - will be there - being safe gives them a break --
